Pattern Designs
1. Every exclusive colorway can be bought once (owned) by one person only. Please DO NOT share the design with any other parties.
2. The designs are purposed for fabric prints only.
3. It allows you to print up to 500 meters/colorway. If you need to print in a bigger amount, please contact me.
4. You can’t sublicense, sell, or distribute the file to any other parties, in person or online, except for printing.
5. You can’t modify the original file. If you need help, please let me know, I will be happy to help.
6. Colour may be slightly changed when printed onto fabrics. I will not be liable for print quality.
7. Purchasing means that you own the license to use the file, NOT the properties.
8. Lorarts can use the properties in future designs for @lorapatterns.
9. Claim via IG will be kept for max 48 hours after the invoice has been sent to your email. The design will be available for sale again after that. Please let me know if you need extra time.
10. Customer who claims via IG and cancels it (unpaid invoice, uncontactable) are allowed to purchase via website only for future designs.
11. Any reasons for cancellation or return are not accepted. Please make sure to check your order before purchasing.
12. Please make sure to check your file before it goes to print. I will not take responsibility for any errors.
If one day a party breached the T&C, the guilty party must pay compensation for any damages and loss to other parties who have been injured.
13. By purchasing, you agree to the T&C written above.

Watercolor Vectors
You CANNOT
1. Sublicense, sell, rent, transfer the assets to anyone in person or online.
2. Modify the main object of the assets. You may add other elements to complete your designs but not to change the shape or main characteristics of the asset.
3. Use the assets as a logo or any other trademarks.
4. Make any immoral or illegal contents (sex, race, religion, culture, place, etc) that may offend any parties.
You CAN:
1. You can use it for any commercial use, such as, iron transfer, embroidery, invitation, labels, mugs, sublimations, pacifiers, etc as long as you don’t claim the ownership of the properties.
2. Every image can be used up to 500 copies (total for all production, not each product).

If you purchase the illustrations from a microstock please read the Terms Of Use below.
Purchasing license doesn’t mean transfer rights. You can use (as what has been agreed) but not own the properties.
